The accommodation sleeps 9 guests in 2 double bedrooms (with en-suite), 1 double bedroom, 1 large twin bedroom and one good size single bedroom.
The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
Ground Floor
• Sitting room with wood burning stove and beamed ceiling, leading to upstairs
• Large well equipped ‘state of the art’ kitchen with dining area – leading via patio doors to outside BBQ and paved area
• Entrance hall, boot area
• Utility room fully equipped with washing and separate drying machine, fridges and freezers
• 1 downstairs w.c.
First Floor
• First large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a separate luxury shower – views
• Second main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower
• Large twin bedroom with separate views from the corner of the house
• Double bedroom with views
• Single bedroom with views
• Large family bathroom with shower over bath
Outside
• BBQ terrace – sun seating area, low retaining stone wall, overlooking picturesque stream and fresh water spring. Plenty of grass and car parking area
Please note – there are steep steps that lead down to the stream and so young children would need to be monitored at all times. Older children, on the other hand, will enjoy themselves.
